  1. that doesn’t make a difference. If everyone could hit a 12 degree driver at the perfect launch angle that’s the only degree they would make.

  2. just use a 12 degree driver and dont worry about the ball position.
stop making the game difficult.(still a good tip thought)

  3. GOODNESS ME!!! After watching videos after videos this one helps me the most and it doesn’t even take a genius to work it out!!!

  4. Damn, finally someone told me WHY the fuckijng ball slices to begin with. And as soon as he said it,I realized, yeah,Im swinging out of the plane. Why the fuck cant most instructors just speak in plain English like this guy.Instead of techno mumbo-jumbo.

  5. Gonna give this a try on the range Mr N16JWW
I took up Golf 2 months ago and the slice with my driver has got me on the verge of quitting.
    If it doesn’t work ” I’ll be back ” : )

  6. Top notch vid. I’ve been looking for a good explanation of outside to in for over a year – this is the perfect answer.

    Thanks.

  7. THANKS A LOT! This advice definitely helped me! One day on the driving range and I’m already hitting it straight as a arrow. NO SLICES! By far, the greatest video on YouTube for curing my slice.

  8. Thank you John for demonstrating the ‘in-out’ ‘out-in’ swing path. I don’t do the drill but can make my own adjustments to get a better swing path and it’s worked. Cheers!

  9. hands down, one of the best videos on how to stop coming over the top..

just make sure to release the club (aka. roll your right forearm over the left during impact) so you can create a draw spin, if you don’t you’ll end up hitting shots to the right…

practice and you guys will see a difference in your ball flight, a right to left rather than left to right (slice) ball flight. it will take time, but practice!

    cheers!

  10. couple funny stories on my dad’s slice:

#1 My dad and i were at a driving range. He sliced it so bad that i got hit in the torso. I wasn’t even standing in front of him either!

#2 At our local golf course, on the 6th hole, my dad sliced the ball into the course owner’s pool.

To make a long story short, he needs this video.
